Paint

We kicked off the week with a house tour for Jeff, in town from Portugal.

The crazy York brothers wanted to take a spin in the dump truck-Jeff behind the wheel and Ryan in back. It was great to see them!

On Thursday, Scott stopped by the house at 10:00 to check in with the painters, and they hadn't started spraying yet. Here's the progress when I stopped by just an hour and a half later. It happens so fast.

The color looks a little purple-ish here...it's actually military blue.

They hadn't started painting the trim around the door white yet...
The main color is finished, now it's time to paint the trim white!

They started to trim the windows in the back of the house first. It looks so crisp, I'm really excited about how it turned out. They also started to install the hardwoods this week.
They'll apply the finish later.
Halfway done with the kitchen...
On a totally unrelated note, Kelly and Mike had a little baby boy this week! Oliver Todd Stevens was born on Tuesday.

Doesn't he look so much like Mike? He's such a little peanut.
