The House Project Begins

Welcome to our Blog! Scott and I finally decided to join the world of geekdom and create a blog about our adventures.

After talking about it for years, we finally bit the bullet and decided to add a second story to our house.

So Scott bought a dump truck...

We moved out of the house and put all of our stuff in storage,
And started to demo the house!
After the first day of demo, there was quite a bit of progress. Our walls and ceilings were GONE!

This is where our kitchen used to be.
Our old living room.
Looking right at our roof Oh my goodness, what did we get ourselves into!
UPDATE: Day two. More destruction!

Here's what our house looked like on Sunday

And this afternoon. Can you tell the difference? Ha!

Our poor house

It looks naked!
