Crystal Mountain received so much snow this winter that they have been able to stay open all spring. Scotty and I have been enjoying our weekends at home so haven't made it up there yet, but we couldn't resist a chance to ski on the 4th of July. Our ski buddies Alicia, John, and Allison joined us as well.
It was an amazing day, with Mt Rainier in the background. The skiing was okay, not great. However, there was a HUGE crowd! Apparently we weren't the only people with the idea.

The best part: drinks on the patio. It's amazing how little snow there is at the base considering how much is up top.
