Hiking and Boating

Just a few weeks ago we were at Crystal for 4th of July skiing. We were able to return a few weeks later for our annual hiking adventure with our ski crew. There is still ALOT of snow up there! We were able to cross 'Bear Pits' where there was a major slide this spring.

Now that Crystal has a gondola, we were able to talk non-hiking friends into meeting us up top with beers. Cheers!

 It was a lovely summer day with Mt Rainier in the background.

After a night of hanging at the cabin, we jetted down into town to get on the boat for our first truly sunny day. Scotty getting his turn on the wakeboard.

You can hardly tell, but that's me! I gave Scotty a shortie wetsuit for his birthday, and tried it out before he did. And pee'd in it. He's one lucky guy.
